We’ve introduced Enhanced Conversation Management to help you stay on top of your workload. You can now easily view the number of open conversations next to each Channel and Tag, making it simpler to prioritize tasks.

The search and sorting functionality has been improved for quicker access to important information.

Additionally, you can effortlessly add images to conversations using the new drag-and-drop feature or paste them directly with Ctrl+V, eliminating the need for manual file uploads.

We’ve enhanced WhatsApp conversations by displaying clearer warnings and more informative error messages when communicating with customers. You’ll now also see a 24-hour timeout warning, enabling you to quickly send a templated message to seamlessly resume the conversation before the time limit expires.
